MicroStrategy Developer

Our Des Moines client is seeking a MicroStrategy developer needed to create schema objects, reports, dashboards, and narrowcast services. Extensive knowledge of MicroStrategy and SQL is required, extensive experience with creating schema objects, application objects, and performance tuning is required.

• Must have 3-5 years experience with MicroStrategy 9.0
• Knowledge with SQL
• Must be able to work in a team environment and be able to produce both business and system process flows
• Experience with dashboard development required
• Good technical understanding of database design is a must
• Excellent oral/written communication skills -- must be able to communicate with business customer/non-technical users to gather business requirements
• MicroStrategy certification is a plus
• Able to manage time and be able to work to deadlines with a sense of urgency
